Julian C. Renaud

Articling Student

Julian successfully litigated against the Mayor and City of Fredericton for the first time in 2012 and 2013, and for a second time in the spring of 2014. He decided to pursue a career in law as a result of these experiences, and thus he began his formal legal education at the University of New Brunswick in the fall of 2014. He now holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from UNB, a Bachelor of Education from Acadia, and a Juris Doctor from UNB.

While at UNB, Julian was the President of the English Society (also known as the Albert Ross Society) and both a DJ and member of the executive for College Hill Student Radio. He then co-founded Axe Radio in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, in 2009. When he returned to UNB for his Juris Doctor, he served on the Senate for two years and on the Board of Governors for one year. He is now serving a second term as a member of the Board of Governors.

Julian has developed an interest in a broad range of law. In his spare time, he enjoys bicycling, reading, and jiu-jitsu. He lives in Quispamsis.
