The firm, founded in
1977, is located at 4 Centennial Road, Hampton, New
Brunswick. The Court House is directly across the street
and we are only a short drive from the Registry Office.
The majority of the firm's clientele are from the City of
Saint John (20 minutes away), the Kennebecasis Valley and
Sussex.
We also have a satellite
offices located in the Grand Manan Business Centre on
Grand Manan, New Brunswick as well as in Moncton, New Brunswick
The firm members appear
in the Saint John Courts daily. David Lutz, Q.C., who
specializes in criminal, family and personal injury law,
travels throughout the province as much of his practice
is referral work. Frank Longstaff specializes in
environmental law. All members of the firm are designated
federal prosecutors for the Controlled Drugs and
Substances, Fisheries, Canada Shipping and other federal
Acts.
Firm hours are
weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a 24 hour day
telephone service. Bilingual Services Available. Weekend
and evening consultations are encouraged.
